Completion of renovation works

Renovations at the Dytiatyn War Cemetery have been completed. Drainage of the cemetery grounds and a comprehensive renovation of the fence have been completed.

Completion of renovation works

Since March 2023, a project entitled "Drainage and renovation of the fence at the War Cemetery in Dytiatyn" has been underway, co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The project will include works aimed at draining the cemetery area and comprehensive renovation of the fence.

During the year-round care at the Dytiatyn War Cemetery in 2020, necessary renovation works were also carried out to improve and secure the condition of the Cemetery. The walls at the entrance to the Cemetery were renovated, along with their drainage, and the paving stones on the steps of the approach to the grave were repaired. The performance of these works was necessary to maintain the good image and technical condition of the Cemetery, and also allowed for the organization of the ceremonial celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Dytiatyn.
